Crisp, fresh and mild, alfalfa microgreens are incredibly versatile and pair well with many different cuisines.
Sowing guidance and growing conditions:
Sow 6g per growing cycle. A 60g packet provides 10 growing cycles for your Microbed.
Soak seeds for 1-2 hours before sowing. Indoors, place in a bright area with good ventilation after germination, but not in direct sunlight.
Each growing cycle allows 1 harvest ~6 days after sowing.
Seed storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Higher temperatures and humidity levels will negatively impact seed viability.
