Organic Broccoli Calabrese microgreen seeds
Organic, non-GMO Broccoli Calabrese microgreen seeds
Rich in sulforaphane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables that Johns Hopkins researchers have identified as having multiple health benefits, including reducing the risk of cancer, inflammation and other chronic diseases. Research has shown that Broccoli Calabrese microgreens contain around 40 times more sulforaphane than mature broccoli vegetables.
Not all broccoli microgreen seeds are the same. Many seeds sold elsewhere as 'broccoli' are Broccoli Raab, a more common, lower cost variety. In fact, Broccoli Raab is not related at all to broccoli. It’s from a different species: Brassica Rapa, and it is a relative of turnip and bok choy.
We source only premium Broccoli Calabrese (also known as Brassica Oleracea, the variety referred to in peer reviewed sulforaphane research), carefully selected for its naturally higher sulforaphane potential.

Ideal seed storage temperature:
5-15°C. Must be stored in a cold, dry place, like a fridge or wine cooler. Higher temperatures and humidity levels will negatively impact seed viability.
