Includes:

• Our proprietary stainless steel mesh insert, crafted from high gauge 18-8 stainless steel wire extensively tested to suit the germination preferences of most microgreen seeds while balancing ease of cleaning and root release 
• 18-8 stainless steel base with a capacity of ~1.2 litres
  
• Polypropylene germination lid that fits both the mesh insert and stainless steel container
• 5 step instruction card to growing your own microgreens
