Boutiques exclusive launch:
Our Omakase Microgreen Seed Selection is a trio of chef's favourites chosen for visual impact and refined flavour. Designed for serious foodies and private dining / supper club chefs, this selection delivers fine dining-grade garnish.
Grow them indoors on your Microbed, next to your kitchen window, to create your very own kitchen garden from which you can harvest minutes before service.
What's in the Omakase microgreen seed selection:
| Daikon radish (Kaiware) | 36g | 3 cycles | 1 harvest per growing cycle |
| Organic pea tendrils | 140g | 4 cycles | 2 harvests per growing cycle |
| Red radish | 36g | 3 cycles | 1 harvest per growing cycle |
"Grown consecutively (sowing and harvesting back to back without a break), the Omakase microgreen seed mix provides approximately 14-18 weeks (3.2-4 months) worth of microgreen harvests. But for most growers, this bag will typically last 5-6 months."
Flavour and visual profiles:
Daikon Radish (Kaiware) microgreens: Clean, uplifting sharpness with a lingering finish that pairs particularly well with Japanese cuisine
Organic Pea Tendrils: The darling of the tasting menu. Tender pea shoots with a gentle sweetness and expressive, sculptural tendrils
Red Radish microgreens: Crisp, vibrant magenta stems with a peppery bite that cut through richness
Sowing guidance and growing conditions:
Daikon Radish: This 36g packet provides 3 growing cycles for your Microbed. Sow 12g per growing cycle. Soak seeds for up to 1 hour before sowing. Indoors, place in a bright area with good ventilation after germination, but not in direct sunlight. Each growing cycle allows one harvest 6-8 days after sowing.
Pea Tendrils: This 140g packet provides 4 growing cycles for your Microbed. Sow 35g per growing cycle. Soak seeds for 6-8 hours before sowing. Indoors, place in a bright area with good ventilation after germination, but not in direct sunlight. Each growing cycle allows 2 harvests, as pea tendril shoots will regrow after being cut above the first set of leaves every ~8 days.
Red Radish: This 36g packet provides 3 growing cycles for your Microbed. Sow 12g per growing cycle. Soak seeds for up to 1 hour before sowing. Indoors, place in a bright area with good ventilation after germination, but not in direct sunlight. Each growing cycle allows one harvest 6-8 days after sowing.
Ideal seed storage temperature:
5-15°C. Store in a cold, dry place, like a fridge or wine cooler. Higher temperatures and humidity levels will negatively impact seed viability.
